A private investment arm of a family office required operational M+A Due Diligence on their anticipated acquisition of a contract manufacturer of electro-mechanical equipment. Furthermore, they needed a comprehensive analysis of the electro-mechanical contract manufacturing industry as well as a high-level roadmap on how to grow the business once the acquisition was complete.

Results
The client used the BCS deck to successfully secure funding from banks and other investors for the acquisition of the business. Post-transaction the business nearly tripled revenue by acquiring a business highlighted by BCS in its report. The company also attempted to acquire another business in the BCS report. Additionally, BCS recruited the VP of Engineering, a highly visible role in this engineering focused business.
