BCS is very happy to announce that Morgan Hill, CA based Duke Empirical (DUKE) has been acquired by TEAM Technologies Inc., headquartered in TN.
Congratulations to Duke Founder Rob LaDuca, as well as TEAM Technologies on the acquisition. This is a special one for BCS to announce having been a longtime advisor to Rob and Duke. BCS also acted as advisors to TEAM technologies on this deal.
This is a strategic acquisition for TEAM as they add the structural heart, interventional and neurovascular markets with high end catheter manufacturing, delivery systems and precision extrusion capabilities to their growing platform.
No terms of the deal were announced at this time.
Boston based, Medtech Investment Banker, Covington Associates acted as M&A advisors to Duke Empirical.
Private equity and PE backed companies continue to be extremely active in the MedTech and life sciences contract manufacturing and services industry.
As we enter the second half of 2025, it looks like the bolt on and tuck in acquisitions will continue at a brisk pace. Buckle up!
