BCS is pleased to announce its role in TekniPlex Healthcare’s acquisition of Seisa Medical. This transaction greatly enhances TekniPlex Healthcare’s materials science and minimally invasive/interventional manufacturing capabilities on a global scale.
BCS was instrumental in helping TekniPlex Healthcare source the opportunity as well as providing strategic advisory on how TekniPlex Healthcare could best leverage Seisa’s capabilities to better serve its current and future customers. BCS also provided operational and manufacturing due diligence for the transaction.
Seisa Medical is headquartered in El Paso TX with operations in Juarez, Mexico, Slovakia, New Jersey and California. It is a provider of Class I, Class II, Class III medical devices and speciality components ranging from implantable stents and tubing sets to pediatric and orthopedic-care products.
TekniPlex Healthcare is based in Wayne, PA and utilizes advanced materials expertise and technologies to develop and deliver critical solutions for medical and diagnostic devices, drug delivery systems and healthcare packaging applications.
